Birthday Expectations

Jenna spends a significant amount of energy planning and implementing Birthday events for her friends. Luckily for her it reciprocates and she experienced a great weekend celebrating her 19th Birthday. Ellen watched carefully the proceedings and presents as she anticipate her own August Birthday coming soon. Susan has the belief that if the celebration is not - on the day - (not before, not after that it doesn't technically count. And for me - well I could just as easily skip the day as have any celebration.

I have plenty of movies of Jenna's birthdays - but this one went documented (although I still have a chance tonight since today is the actual date). The one most carefully documented was 1991 - the actual date of birth. It was a Friday afternoon that I was called out of an Accenture Partner/Manager meeting. I was shocked since Jenna arrived a month early - I guess there is nothing exact about the 9 month expectation. It was a wonderful day and a great weekend.
